Dies ist ein Video, welches mein Schatz und ich vor ziemlich genau zwei Jahren zusammen gemacht. Es war damals für uns eigentlich nur Spaß und Herumalberei, doch nachdem mein Mann das Video auf Youtube hochgeladen hat, schlug es dort mächtig ein.
Mit zur Zeit mehr als 36.000 Ansichten, 230 Kommentaren, 500 Favorisierungen und Top Ranking, wurde es auch auf anderen Videospiele Websiten zum Video des Monats gewählt bzw. sogar in einem Videospielemagazin darüber berichtet.

Weiters bekam es auf Youtube eine sehr nette Review:


"The Loneliness Of Pyramid Head I say unapologetically; is one of the greatest films I have ever seen in my lifetime. For a mere 5 minutes, we are treated to a home movie of Pyramid Head from Silent Hill 2 wander about his home, preforming various mundane daily tasks, such getting dressed, feeding the cat, mowing the lawn, and taking out the trash. This is just spectacular, because the film has a subtle, gentle humor in the form of what is really a
very dark, violent character.

What's more, is by the films title, and PH's obvious lifestyle, there is indeed a sense of loneliness hanging in the air. We can see that anyone can be caught up in the repetitive loop of bachelorhood, and indeed, life. To see someone like Pyramid Head trudging across his lawn pushing a mower, while hilarious, also sends messages. Basically, it can happen to anybody. Perhaps a signal that those of us who haven't should get up and do something with our lives.

The film accomplishes evoking emotion from the viewer with no dialouge what-so-ever. Only through action and a single song from the Silent Hill 4 OST are present here. But it's certainly enough to make movie far more moving than any Hollywood romantic comedy or drama.
Take your 'Love Actually' and shove it; PH is where it's at.

And as a last point, I'd like to say the costume design for Pyramid Head in film is utterly FANTASTIC. From the massive helmet down to the boots, the whole thing is utterly accurate. More so, the actor under the helmet moves exactly like Pyramid Head does, complete with the awkward grabbing-the-front-of-the-helmet motion seen in the game. Sadly enough, the costume
in movie is a hundred times better than the Pyramid Head costume in the actual Silent Hill film (Which is a completely inaccurate depiction).

So do yourself a favor, do everyone a favor, watch movie. Watch it and watch it again, because rarely does something of beauty come along.

Der Garten ist hinter dem Haus, somit fällt es nicht so auf. Aber vorne auf der Straße... das war witzig als ein älterer Herr mit Hund vorbei kam und guckte.
Und er steht einfach da im PH Kostüm, dreht sich in Richtung Spaziergänger - und winkt.
